Ages 10+. Learn your handstand and improve your strength from one of the best hand balancers in the world! We will go through an amazing workout focused on shape holding, pressing strength, core strength, and mental prowess. Get ready to get better!

Ages 14+. Soar to new heights with aerial instructor Jordan in this one of a kind workshop. Choose your favorite aerial apparatus and be manually lifted into the air by one of our experienced and strong coaches. Experiment with orbits and spins during this elevated experience. Heighten your aerial skills in a controlled and supportive environment. Space is limited to 20 participants.

Members: $30, Non-members: $40.

Ages 6+. It's MEGA FORT time!!! Coaches build a giant fort or multiple forts, and play games with the kids!

All ages! This workshop is flipping awesome! In this workshop, you will be learning and performing all of the progressions and exercises that will lead you on your path to successfully landing a backflip. Everyone can participate in this workshop, you don’t need prior experience. With all of the mats, pads, and foam pit at our disposal, our professional coaches keep you safe while learning this skill. Our goal is to get you to walk away from this workshop knowing how to do a backflip, and knowing how to progress safely on your own.

Join us on December 21st, 2024, at 2 PM for a festive aerial adventure! Discover the enchanting world of the Aerial Star—a unique bar apparatus featuring a captivating star shape inside. Experience the magic on both the mini 38" star and the grand 63" version. Circus performer and aerial instructor Caroline Godwin is bringing her star apparatuses straight from the stages of Las Vegas to share the joy of flight with us this holiday season. Under her expert guidance, you'll learn dazzling moves and combinations that highlight the beauty of the star within the hoop. By the end of the workshop, you'll have mastered an entire routine and have the opportunity to film your performance! This holiday-themed workshop is perfect for aerialists aged 13 and up who can invert. Come spin, sparkle, and celebrate the season with us at Jungle Movement! Ages 6+. The Ultimate Ninja Athlete Association (UNAA) is one of the largest and most established ninja warrior style obstacle course racing leagues in the world. We're excited to be hosting a Season 10 Area Qualifier at The Jungle Movement Academy.
