Aerial Arts at The Jungle
Our aerial community is second to none, with a fantastic group of instructors who have a passion for helping students of all ages and skill levels achieve their goals.
Aerial Silks
Aerial silks is one of the most popular classes at The Jungle, and it is so much fun! Nothing is more rewarding than learning a cool new skill on such a challenging apparatus. The level of upper body strength required for this apparatus forces students to train diligently on becoming stronger. The stronger you are, the more fun you will have in this class!
Aerial Hoop/Lyra
As if silks weren’t challenging enough, Aerial hoop is another great way to test your strength while having fun with learning different poses. Transitioning from one move to the next on the Lyra requires students to become more coordinated than ever, testing their flexibility. Although difficult, the hoop is so much fun!
Aerial Hammock
Sister of the Aerial Silks, Aerial Hammock is a great starting point for beginners as it’s considered a little easier than other Aerial apparatuses. Don’t be fooled, however, as it will also put your strength and flexibility to the test. Our experienced coaches can help progress even the most novice student into an Aerial artist with the right amount of practice!
Aerial Conditioning
We understand that Aerials can be challenging when students are still working on building fundamental strength. This class is designed to help students build their necessary strength while also learning some of the basic fundamentals of Aerials. This class helps with all apparatuses.
