Returning Members

Hello Jungle cats! Welcome to our new web site and gym management system. We’re very excited as this new system will allow our beloved members to manage their Jungle experience in many new ways. Here are a few things that you need to know.

  1. Nearly all of your memberships and class credits have been migrated to the new system (a small number of people are being migrated now and should be ready shortly).
  2. Your passwords were NOT migrated to the new system because for security reasons, we don’t have access to member passwords. You can access the new system by going to the Memberships page, click on “Login / Register”, then click on “Forgot Password”. The system will email you a link to set your new password. IF you have set up your membership with a junglemovement.com user name, you will not be able to reset your password this way. You can choose the “Register” option, enter your information being sure to use the SAME email address that you had previously signed up with, and set your new password. If you do not remember what email address or username you signed up with, give us a call or come by the gym and we can look it up for you.
  3. You can now manage your membership through our mobile app, available on both iOS and Android. Just go to the Apple App Store or Google Play store and search for “Jungle Movement Academy”. The same username and password work for the website and mobile apps. The website and mobile apps are tied to the same backend system, so everything should be consistent between the website and mobile app.
